REFUND, CANCELLATION, DEFERRAL POLICY

1. Refund and Course Cancellation Policy

  1. If a student cancels at least 2 weeks before the enrollment date, 100% of the tuition will be refunded (minus a $100 registration fee).
  2. If a student cancels between 2 weeks and 7 days before the enrollment date, 30% of the tuition will be refunded.
  3. If a student cancels less than 7 days before the enrollment date, the tuition for the first program will not be refunded; tuition for other programs will be refunded at 50%.
  4. Once a student has enrolled, refund requests are only accepted for those with a minimum study period of 12 weeks. In this case, the current program will not be refunded; the next program will be refunded at 30%, and subsequent programs at 50%.
  5. After submitting the refund request form, students can receive the refund via their consulting agency within 15 days. The entire process must be handled through the agency.
  6. One program is defined as 4 weeks, starting from the enrollment date.

2. Program Deferral Policy

If a student cannot continue studying due to personal reasons, they may apply for program deferral under the following conditions and procedures:


Deferral Conditions

  1. The student must have at least 12 weeks of study at the school (continuously).
  2. The remaining study period at the time of deferral must be at least 4 weeks.
  3. The deferral period must be a minimum of 4 weeks and in multiples of 4 weeks.
  4. The reason for deferral must be valid and approved by the school management.

Deferral Procedure

  1. The student informs the student manager of their intention to defer.
  2. The student manager submits the request to the school management for review and decision.
  3. The student will be given a detailed explanation of the conditions and policies before making a final decision.
  4. Once approved, the school management completes the deferral procedure and informs the consulting agency.

Additional Rules

  1. Any remaining weeks of the current program cannot be deferred if the student requests deferral mid-program.
  2. Local fees already paid are refundable when deferring (all the actual expenses will be deducted).
  3. The maximum deferral period allowed is 6 months.
  4. The student must notify the school and consulting agency of their expected return date at least 2 weeks before re-enrollment.
  5. All costs arising from the deferral process will be borne by the student.
