- Vehicle & Staff Coordination: HELP Academy arranges private vans or buses and assigns pick-up staff wearing official HELP uniforms and badges.
- Meeting at the Assembly Area: Our staff will meet you at the designated meeting point (Bay 6 or Pillar 7), check your passport, and guide you to our private shuttle bus.

Please do not take rides from random airport taxis. Stay at your assigned meeting location (Bay 6 or Pillar 7), connect to the free airport Wi-Fi, and call the emergency numbers printed on your Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
3. Should I buy a SIM card at the airport?
Yes. Buying a local SIM card (Globe or Smart) at the airport lobby gives you immediate mobile internet access while traveling. Also, the school organizes a free shuttle to SM Mall on Monday afternoon to help you set up your SIM card.
