- No Classes on National Holidays: Under Philippine law, regular 1:1 and group classes do not run on official national holidays.
- Campus Services: Dorm rooms, security, and sports areas stay open on holidays. Meal times, room cleaning, and laundry services may be adjusted slightly on these days.

To secure dormitory accommodations—especially during peak Summer (June–August) and Winter (December–February) seasons—follow this recommended booking timeline:
- Step 1 - Choose Your Start Date: Pick a start date from our calendar and find the correct Sunday for your arrival.
- Step 2 - Choose Your Course: Select the study program that fits your goals (General ESL, IELTS Preparation, TOEIC Preparation, or Family ESL).
- Step 3 - Reserve Your Room & Register: Send us your application to secure your room and receive your official Letter of Acceptance (LOA). Do not forget to check our latest discounts and promotions.

5. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Can I arrive at the school on Saturday instead of Sunday?
Yes, arriving on Saturday is allowed if rooms are available. There is an extra nightly charge for checking in early, which is listed in our Tuition and Fees Guide. Please let us know in advance if you plan to do this.
2. What happens on my first Monday?
Monday is your introduction day: you will take an English level test in the morning, visit the shopping mall in the afternoon to exchange money and buy a SIM card, listen to our school rules, and pay your local school fees.
3. What happens if my first Monday falls on a national holiday?
Under Philippine law, standard classes do not run on national holidays. However, you will still take your placement test and complete your orientation on Monday so your regular classes can start on Tuesday morning.
4. How early should I register for the busy Summer or Winter months?
Summer (June to August) and Winter (December to February) study times fill up very quickly. We suggest sending your application 2 to 3 months before your planned arrival date.
5. What if my flight arrives late on Sunday after the school shuttles have left?
If you arrive late, you can book a private taxi or follow our travel guides (Clark Guide or Baguio Guide) to travel to the campus safely on your own.
