These are the information about the local fee (Visa extension, study documents, utility...) that student needs to use during the studying and staying at HELP English. Local fee is calculated on 4 weeks basis, depends on the period, the local fee will be different.

Note:
- Deposit: It will be returned at the end of the registration period after deduct the fine, the excess laundry fee and electricity fee from the air-conditioner, any damage if needed.
- Water fee: Monthly expenses for general usage of water.
- Electricity Deposit: The deposit amount for the usage of electricity per month, will be deducted by the total usage.
- Laundry: Monthly expenses for the laundry service, if over 16kg, student will be charged 35peso/kg additional.
- Maintenance: Monthly expenses to maintain school’s facilities.
- SSP: Special Study Permit, it is valid for 6 months.
- Visa: Expenses to extend visa for the staying of students.
- ACR-I: Residential Card for Foreigner, it is valid for 1 year.
- CRTV: Long-term staying permit for foreigner staying more than 6 months (Expense: 1410peso).
- ECC: Exit Clearance Certificate to exit the Philippines (Expense: 500peso).
- Books: The books expense monthly.
- ID: The expenses to issue ID at school

Local fee will be paid at school. Local fee can be changed by the Government of the Philippines with or without notice.
Aside from the local fee, student also need to estimate the tuition fee for the course at HELP English.
