HIRING INFORMATION
We - HELP English Academy – are looking for potential candidates for the following position: Japanese Student Manager (Support marketing & Operations)
I. Working Location:
Clark Campus & Baguio Campus
II. Working Condition:
4 English classes daily, free dormitory & meals, free Visa extension, 10000peso allowance monthly.
Note: Roundtrip tickets, Electricity and Water expenses are shoulder by the applicant.
III. Working Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese, clear communication skills in English.
- Good use of Microsoft Office, Google Office and other relevant applications.
- Responsible, working in details, independent working style, creative, fast learner, flexible.
- Friendly, positive and eager to help others (students, teachers, managers…)
- Good health condition, fast adjustment to new environments or changes.
IV. Job Description:
- Support for Japanese and international students in their studies, daily life, and orientation.
- Collaborate with management, teachers, and other departments to ensure the high satisfaction of students during their time at school (learning, living and others).
- Support for welcoming new students on weekends.
- Support marketing activities (writing articles, taking photos...), and welcoming visitors.
- Japanese-English and English-Japanese document translation.
- Other relevant tasks assigned my operations manager.
